Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SnapSeal application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the SnapSeal Team ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part thereof.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App.

3. User Content

SnapSeal enables you to edit and add watermarks or frames to your photos. You retain full ownership of and all rights to your photos and any content you create using the App.

Your photos are yours. We do not claim any ownership rights over your photos or edited content. All processing is performed locally on your device.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, edit, and share using the App. You agree not to use the App to create or share content that:

  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to its design, code, graphics, user interface, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by the SnapSeal Team and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Camera manufacturer logos displayed within the App are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying camera brands in watermarks. SnapSeal does not claim ownership of these third-party trademarks.

5. App Availability & Updates

We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any features) at any time without prior notice.
  • Release updates that may change the App's functionality.

We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version for the best experience and security.

6. Pricing

SnapSeal is currently available free of charge with no in-app purchases. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. Any such changes will be clearly communicated, and existing free features will be handled fairly.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT.

You use the App at your own risk. We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SNAPSEAL TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
  • Damages resulting from any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is currently zero).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the SnapSeal Team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party.
  • Any content you create or share using the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where the SnapSeal Team is located.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
  • You must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect (including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10).

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the SnapSeal Team regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

  • 删除、更改或遮蔽本应用中的任何专有声明。

3. 用户内容

SnapSeal 允许您编辑照片并添加水印或边框。您完全保留对您的照片及使用本应用创建的任何内容的所有权和全部权利。

您的照片归您所有。我们不对您的照片或编辑内容主张任何所有权。所有处理均在您的设备本地完成。

您对使用本应用创建、编辑和分享的内容承担全部责任。您同意不使用本应用创建或分享以下内容：

  • 侵犯他人知识产权的内容。
  • 违法、有害、威胁性、辱骂性或其他令人反感的内容。
  • 违反任何适用法律法规的内容。

4. 知识产权

本应用，包括但不限于其设计、代码、图形、用户界面、Logo 及所有相关知识产权，均归 SnapSeal Team 所有，并受版权法、商标法及其他知识产权法的保护。

应用中显示的相机制造商 Logo 是其各自所有者的财产，仅用于在水印中识别相机品牌的目的。SnapSeal 不对这些第三方商标主张所有权。

5. 应用可用性与更新

我们努力保持应用的可用性和正常运行，但不保证不间断或无错误的运行。我们保留以下权利：

  • 在不事先通知的情况下，随时修改、更新或停止本应用（或任何功能）。
  • 发布可能改变应用功能的更新。

我们建议您将应用保持更新至最新版本，以获得最佳体验和安全性。

6. 定价

SnapSeal 目前免费提供，无应用内购买。我们保留在未来推出付费功能或订阅服务的权利。任何此类变更将明确告知，现有免费功能将得到合理处理。

7. 免责声明

本应用按"现状"和"可用"基础提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于：

  • 对适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的暗示保证。
  • 对应用不间断、无错误或无有害组件的保证。
  • 对任何内容的准确性、可靠性或完整性的保证。

您使用本应用的风险由您自行承担。我们不保证本应用将满足您的特定要求或期望。

8. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，SnapSeal Team 在任何情况下均不对以下损害承担责任：

  • 间接的、附带的、特殊的、后果性的或惩罚性的损害。
  • 利润、数据、商誉或其他无形损失的损失。
  • 因您使用或无法使用本应用而导致的损害。
  • 因对您的数据进行任何未经授权的访问或更改而导致的损害。

我们因本应用产生的或与之相关的所有索赔的总责任不超过您为本应用支付的金额（目前为零）。

9. 赔偿

您同意就以下情况引起的任何索赔、责任、损害、损失和费用（包括合理的法律费用），对 SnapSeal Team 进行赔偿、辩护并使其免受损害：

  • 您对本应用的使用。
  • 您违反本条款。
  • 您侵犯任何第三方的权利。
  • 您使用本应用创建或分享的任何内容。

10. 适用法律

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖并按其解释，不考虑其法律冲突条款。因本条款或使用本应用引起的任何争议应首先通过友好协商解决。协商不成的，应提交至 SnapSeal Team 所在地有管辖权的法院解决。

11. 终止

我们可随时出于任何原因（包括但不限于违反本条款）终止或暂停您对本应用的访问，且无需事先通知。终止后：

  • 您使用本应用的许可将立即被撤销。
  • 您必须停止使用本应用并将其从您的设备中删除。
  • 性质上应在终止后继续有效的条款将继续有效（包括第 7、8、9 和 10 条）。

12. 可分割性

如果本条款的任何条款被认定为不可执行或无效，该条款应在必要的最小范围内受到限制或删除，其余条款仍然完全有效。

13. 完整协议

本条款连同我们的隐私政策，构成您与 SnapSeal Team 之间关于使用本应用的完整协议，并取代任何先前的协议。

14. 条款变更

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。任何变更将在本页面发布并更新"生效日期"。在任何变更后继续使用本应用即表示您接受更新后的条款。我们建议您定期查看本条款。
