Welcome to AuraWise. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AuraWise mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by AuraWise ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the AuraWise app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AuraWise provides AI-powered oracle readings and personal guidance through:

Oracle Readings

Personalized AI-generated insights for questions about love, career, finances, timing, and personal growth.

Daily Energy

Daily thematic guidance based on cosmic energy patterns.

Reading History

A personal dashboard to review and reflect on your past readings.

3. Account & Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use AuraWise. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Provide accurate information where required

4. Payments & Purchases

Pricing

Current pricing is displayed within the AuraWise app at the time of purchase. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

In-App Purchases

• Single readings are sold as consumable in-app purchases via Apple's App Store
• Purchases are processed and managed by Apple — subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
• New users receive one free oracle reading to experience the Service

Refund Policy

• Consumable reading credits are non-refundable once a reading has been generated
• For billing disputes, contact Apple Support directly through your Apple ID account
• For service-related issues, contact us at support@aurawise.app

5. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

• Personal guidance, reflection, and entertainment
• Accessing your reading history and account
• Sharing your own readings for personal use

Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineering or extracting our AI models or algorithms
• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk reading generation
• Reselling or redistributing our AI-generated content commercially
• Submitting false or misleading information

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The AuraWise app, its design, AI systems, divination frameworks, and all original content are owned by AuraWise and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the questions you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your questions through our AI system to generate your requested readings.

Reading Results

AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use. The underlying generation methods and interpretive frameworks remain our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that readings will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, contact support@aurawise.app.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service in a way that harms others or our platform.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Direct Communication: Contact our support team first
2. Mediation: If direct resolution fails, we agree to mediation
3. Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes settled by binding arbitration

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• We may notify you via push notification for material changes
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
