3. Data Sharing

We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

• AI Processing: Your questions are processed by our AI provider (Volcano Engine / ByteDance) to generate readings — subject to their privacy commitments
• Cloud Infrastructure: Data is hosted on secure cloud servers for service delivery
• Apple App Store: In-app purchase validation is handled by Apple's StoreKit
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect user safety

4. Data Security

• Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Secure Storage: Data is stored on access-controlled servers with regular security audits
• Minimal Collection: We only collect data necessary to provide the service
• No Password Storage: Authentication is handled via Apple Sign-In or anonymous device tokens

6. Data Retention

• Reading History: Retained while your account is active to power your personal dashboard
• Purchase Records: Retained as required for financial and compliance purposes (typically 7 years)
• Technical Logs: Automatically deleted after 90 days
• Account Deletion: All personal data deleted within 30 days of account deletion request

7. Children's Privacy

AuraWise is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
